Victorian Mansion previously used for student accommodation.
Planning Consent was granted in 2007 for 30 flats. The property has been left vacant and is now badly vandalised.
Pyle Owen were appointed to review the options to achieve full recovery without additional capital expenditure.
Our investigations indicated that the property was not listed and we were able to convince the council that full demolition was beneficial.
The site could now be re-planned to accommodate either a 90 bed care home with 15 apartments or 24 new homes.
Both land values produce a recovery this year.
